When I was in my early 20's, getting my feet wet into real estate, I worked for a gentleman by the name of Jeff Hyland. Jeff is the co-founder, along with Rick Hilton, of Hilton and Hyland Real Estate, an affiliate of Christie's Great Estates in Beverly Hills, California. At the time I was a licensed assistant directly to Jeffrey. I felt it to be a true learning experience. I carry the knowledge, good business sense and strategy with me to this day in my real estate transactions. Most of Jeff's listings are legendary landmark estates in Beverly Hills and Bel-Air and this is one of his latest at 95 million:Boy-it would be fun being right there now!
