It's official-the town house is on the market just in time for Spring! This is a great new listing of mine and I love it for many reasons. Not only is the location ideal for a commuter, this is also a short walk to Natick Center's shops, restaurants, library, parks and the commuter rail. The newer construction offers amenities and conveniences that some old units just don't have! For one, the insulated windows and doors-I can pretty much state that there are 'no drafts.' The unit is light and bright with many windows. The kitchen offers plenty of storage and an eating area-plus a side door for alfresco dining. WOW! The farmer's porch adds a charming entry-a feature that the other units (5 smaller units) do not have to boasting rights to. The bedrooms have private baths and the master includes a walk-in closet!
